Overnight Shipping - An additional fee of $25.00 is charged
for next day air delivery. Orders must be received by 9 am
in order for your package to arrive the following day. The
additional fee for Sat. deliveries is $35.00. A rush order

To guarantee delivery on all orders, we must have proper and
complete addresses. We're sorry but we cannot deliver to P.O.
Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We can deliver to
rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

Because steaks are perishable, we take extra-special care
in shipping our steaks to their final destinations. Your steaks
arrive individually wrapped, frozen and vacuum-sealed in good-looking
Dodge City Steak Company gift box that ships with dry ice
in a specially designed, reusable Styrofoam cooler.
A Reminder
When you are sending Dodge City Steaks as a gift, please inform
the recipient of the approaching delivery. Our packages are
delivered without requiring a signature. This prevents packages
from being returned to the terminal and spoiling. Dodge City
Steak Company cannot be responsible for packages that are
delivered to gift recipients that you have not notified.

Our guarantee Dodge City Steak Company will replace your order or refund your money in the event your order is lost or damaged while in transit. Dodge City Steak Company will not be responsible for customer errors in ordering or address information.
If you are sending our product as a gift to a third party, it will be your responsibility to inform that person of the delivery. Our packages are delivered without a signature requirement to prevent the package from going back to the delivery terminal and spoiling. Arrangements can be made to require signature, however Dodge City Steak Company will not be held responsible.
