2 12 oz Dodge City Strips
Zip-n-Zing Sauce:
2 Tbsp. Dodge City Habanero Chipotle Sauce
1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp honey
1 Small tomato
Combine Sauce ingredients in blender until coarsely chopped. Grill steaks to desired taste. Serve Sauce over steaks.Zip-n-Zing!
