2 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp. White Pepper
Juice of 1 Lime
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
4 Dodge City Dry Aged Strip Steaks
Combine all ingredients. Marinate steaks 2-4 hours. Grill to desired doneness. Enjoy!
